Scope of works:Suspended Ceilings and Partition Systems
Blue Square have started works on the next phase of the Cambridge Press refurbishment,creating many new office areas using the Maars partitioning system .Also we have been pleased to install over a thousand meters of suspended ceiling as well as undertaking decorating throughout newly created enviroments . Over time Blue Square Interiors have built a solid relationship with the Press and we are pleased to be working on their behalf again.
Eastlake Group
Blue Square Interiors are pleased to add the Eastlake Group to our list of clients.We have recently embarked on two refurbishments for them involving a major high street bank chain.These works have taken us to Nottingham and Milton Keynes and have showed our versitility in that one was a major refurbishment in which we undertook full control and repsonsabilityi while the other was a smaller refit involving BSI to provide certain phases of our service such as decoration and flooring.
Wyboston Lakes
Contract: Knowledge Center, Wyboston Lakes,Wyboston
Scope of works: Screeding,Drylining,Decorating,Flooring,Suspended Ceilings.
The Knowledge Center is a new build development on the prestigious Wyboston Leisure Complex. The building houses the top training and operations facilities for the national Police force.
Work lasted six months and to date is the largest single contract undertaken by BSI.This particular project has been such a benefit to all management at Blue Square as it showed that we are capable of tendering and winning contracts of this magnitude and diversity and that as a company we are more than capable of producing quality work on schedule and within budget .The experience was invalueable .
Carillion/Pme
Contract: Head Office, Battersea
Scope of works: Strip Out/Partitions Systems/Flooring/Suspended Ceilings
Development giants Carillion have just taken over Planned Maintenance and are overhauling the entire Lombard road office phase by phase. We have spent nearly a year on and off on this project and in doing so have built a solid working relationship with us now becoming a preferred contractor throughout the organization.Work is continuing into 2007 as Carillion organise the building and create new working enviroments.
Drivers Jonas
Contract: West End Commercial Refurbishments
Scope of works: Strip Out/Contract Flooring/Decorating/Suspended Ceilings.
Drivers Jonas are London's leading property consultants with an annual turnover last year of 67million pounds .The history of the company spans back nearly 300 years and we have recently won the contracts to refurbish six commercial properties in the West End area of London on their behalf. Each scope of work varies but between them all cover many of the skills and services BSI bring to the table.Drivers Jonas are as professional as professional can get and are hugely respected throughout the industry .The presence of Drivers Jonas on our client list will add to and enhanced our growing company portfolio of which we are all very proud.
Currently work is still on going and so far the relationship is proving highly successful.Works are being signed off on schedule and inline with our submitted costings and client feedback has been favourable.We anticipate the remaining projects to complete during the month of October and as a company we look forward to the chance to tender for DJ again in the future.
